I featured details of the below listed consultations earlier in the year; well this arrived last night in an email from the Head of Planning Legislation:

On March 28, 2012 Derek Mackay,
Minister for Local Government and Planning, made a statement to the Scottish
Parliament setting out the Scottish Government’s proposals for future reform of
the planning system. As part of the Reform Package, views were invited, by June
22, 2012, on the following consultations:
Analyses of responses
to these consultations are now available...
